In the foothills of Southern California, there are brief moments each spring when the canyons explode into bloom. After winter rains and sudden spring heat, the hillsides wake all at once, golden wildflowers, lupine, chamise, poppies, and canyon blooms covering the landscape in a rare convergence of nectar.

Our bees worked those hills during one of these intense bloom windows in San Diego County, gathering from a wide tapestry of wildflowers across the foothills.

The result is Super Bloom Honey,  a dense, luxuriously rich honey with exceptionally low moisture. The flavor unfolds sweet, bright, and floral, with a lush, full-bodied depth that reflects the wild blooms from which it came.

***Super Bloom naturally sets into a dense, buttery texture over time. Some jars arrive in a more fluid state depending on how recently they were bottled.

Our honey is 100% raw, never blended and never filtered. Small flecks of wax, pollen, or propolis may appear naturally, reflecting its minimal processing and authentic character.  Because it comes straight from the bloom and season it was gathered, natural variations in color and texture are to be expected—and celebrated.
